I was sad today morning

I woke up at 6.30am.
I had a shower and went to work.
I do not know why, but I was very sad when I left home. I did not want to go to work. I wanted to be at home and chant( daimoku).
I got there on time and started to work by myself. My manager was busy with another meeting for 250 people. I was responsible for three meetings with 25 people. I had to set up everything for breakfast, middle break and afternoon break. I did very well. I did not have any problem.
I finished work at 5pm.
I went to the English lesson but I was very tired to pay attention. However, I made effort to listen to her and do not sleep.
I went to the supermarket to buy salad for dinner.
I am waiting for Giose to have dinner together.
I am going to work tomorrow at 7.30 again. I need to go to bed as soon as possible.
I hope I will be better tomorrow.

  3. Hmmm... How are you today? Rio woke up as similiar as you.. sad. Today is a rainy, cold day here. I would love to stay in bed with my kids, no need to come to work and after to university. Yes, dear I start a course twice a week at UERJ related to my job. As you already heard above it´s normal to feel sad sometimes, what is not normal is to feel this way always, but we both know that it´s not your human nature. Perhaps it would be Brazil saudades? (laughs..) ( it´s a joke as we both know, there is no translation for this word)so take a plan, stay here for a weekend and then return with a big smile, kisses and huges from your friends!!! (laughs!) I´ll be chanting here daimoku for your hapinness. I miss you dear! I love you ! kisses!
